Dutch Deposit Scheme - Children's Accounts

A query I can't work out: does the children's account work out separately for the Dutch guarantee deposit?

For example, can I have 80K in my account and 25K in my child's account? Are they both protected or is there a risk to 5K as the total is 105K?
