• Long waiting time to resolve bug

This bug status has been unchanged for over 6 weeks now. Is this a "normal" waiting time for a bug to be resolved? I know this is depending on the bug size, number of employees working and e.g. the priority off it but at this very moment I'm really wondering if anyone has even looked at this bug or investegated it. This is ofcourse the number one status when a bug has been reported but I was just wondering how the users experienced the resolvement of bugs in the past because this has 't been the first time I have waited for such a long time.

So how do you experience the overal performance of the resolvement of the bugs by Bunq. I'm really curious althought I think I allready know the answer.

Is there a way to speed up a bug investegation because I'm quite dependent Bunq fixxing this one.

      @New-Purple-Cheetah-3460192224#288914 In experience bugs are taking a long time to be solved if it's not something "major" (don't get why).

      I had a bug that took 6 month to be solved, budgeting feature took a month and still waiting for the new carbon footprint (despite being a function announced in Bunq 24).
      There is nothing I know that can accelerate but just wait.

          @Bogz#288988 hello and good evening. I find this very sad to be honest. We're paying quite a lot of money for the subscription and waiting for 6 months? Is this "normal". I hope I'll soon get an update on this specific matter because it is really important that it works again.
