• How to unblock vendor that failed fraud validation?

I am trying to subscribe to Nvidia NOW (online gaming subscription). The payment process was started with old bunq creditcard details pre-filled, that failed. After updating the creditcard details, the transaction still fails. The Nvidia system says "could not be submitted due toe fraud validation failure". The Nvidia customer services says my bank has to de-block them as a vendor ( "Nvidia/DR") How can I do this?

    Go to 👤 Profile
    Tap on ⚙️ Settings
    Security
    Select the 🟥 Card Payments under "Blocked"

    If the merchant was blocked, be sure to remove it from the list. This way you'll be able to subscribe with your card 🙌
