I've checked on both of the payments in question and I see that they've both been settled on our end, meaning you do, indeed, need to contact the receiving banks regarding how to proceed. Should you need to provide the EBA transaction IDs to the receiving banks, we'll be happy to share these via your open ticket in the in-app support center.
