I have recently tried to transfer most of the money from my Bunq account to another of my accounts at another bank. The amount was over the daily limit, so I changed that in the settings. I then successfully transferred the money according to the Bunq app and it had "arrived" at its destination. Then the money was paid back into my account the following day. I've triple checked the bank details and all seems to be fine, so I've no idea why this happened. I sent a message to customer services and the automated message said someone will get back to me within 11 days. 11 days! Well done for managing expectations, but that's crazy. Has anyone experienced similar issues recently? Of course Bunq has counted this as 1 of my 2 transfers allowed for the month, so I have 1 left. I have now tried another payment to another of my accounts, this time based in the same country as my Bunq account (Germany - the other account was in Luxembourg, but always EUR accounts within the EU...).

Note that in this case, a one-time technical issue could have occurred, or it's also possible that the funds returned since the payment was sent in a different currency than the recipient account.
