Hi!

With ING bank I made a money transfer from my ING Dollar Account to my BUNQ Dollar account. I payed 12 euro's for this to ING and now I am missing another 20 Dollar from the amount I received at my BUNQ bank dollar account.

There is no invoice, or anything telling me I payed this amount to Bunq. The amount I received is just 20 dollar lower then I did send via ING.
So in total it cost me around 30 euro to make this transfer.
At least I would like to find out a place where this 20 dollar went via an invoice or statement or anything.
Can I trace this somewhere in my BUNQ account?
