Hi All,
I have been using Bunq for years and think it's great. It is also very good that Bunq is taking measures to protect people against phishing, but I think they are rushing now because of the negative publicity.
After the email from Bunq this morning the first payment I made, a standard monthly payment of just over €500, Bunq's AI postponed the payment for the reason "aroused our suspicions". I have been making this monthly payments for years and is well within my fixed daily limit.
It's good to protect people, but please release payments within the daily limit immediately or at least give the option to enable a release anyway. If I am not sure whether Bunq will release my payments immediately (sometimes needed), there is no point in using Bunq in the future in addition to my daily shopping.
Ideas/experiences?
