[Bug] Pay request with iDeal not working

Since this Sunday morning it’s not possible to pay requests using iDeal. The dropdown with banks couldn’t be loaded and after a short period this screen pops up:

Anyone experiencing the same?

Michael Yes, unfortunately I have this problem as well with my Bunq Payment gateway. People can not pay by using iDeal, it keeps on loading forever. Hopefully this will be fixed by Bunq asap since this is an major issue, especially for users who are using Bunq as their business account to receive payments.

Having the same issue. We use Bunq for our business, and had to hear from all our customers that they could not pay :/ Hopefully fixed soon.

For next time, can we get a heads-up that this service is down? I use it every month, and would have waited with sending them out if I knew the service was down.

It is still not working for me as well. My customers cannot pay with iDeal through the Bunq api payment gateway. When choosing iDeal it still keeps on loading forever. Hopefully it won't take much time to solve this bug since we are losing customers.

Michael are you using iDeal from the Bunq app payment link or are you using the Bunq api payment gateway for iDeal?
Because on the Bunq payment gateway, iDeal still does not work unfortunately.

Enes I’m using the request feature. Both bunq app and bunq.me/[NAME] are working.

I’m not using the API, so unfortunately can’t test it for you

Unfortunately iDeal is still not working on the api payment gateway and its been more than a week. When a customer choose to pay with iDeal the screen keeps on loading forever on the Bunq api Payment gateway. Is still anyone experiencing this issue with their bung api payment gateway?
