• Bunq / Birdee not giving my money back!

I wanted to use Easy Investments, so I opened an account and deposited quite some money. It took a while before the account opened, so I contacted the support staff.
Then, I heard Bunq and Birdee no longer work together, and that my deposited money (still pending) would be refunded into my Bunq savings account.

This was on October 10th...

Now, almost a month later, I still haven't received back my money or heard from Bunq.

Anyone else having these issues?

When do I receive back my money???

    I contacted Bunq support when the investments account woulnd't open for weeks. They said I had to deposit money on it. So I did.
    Then, it still wouldn't open, so I contacted them again. Then they said their partnership with Birdee ended, so my money would be refunded in a couple of days.
    Still didn't get it back so I contacted the support for a third time. Then I receive an e-mail saying I am getting my money back.
    Still no money.. So today I contacted support for the fourth time, and posted this thread.

      Upon checking, I see that the refund for your deposit was initiated on 25/10/2024. I'd like to inform you that it can take up to 7-8 business days for the withdrawal to be completed.         I still haven't heard from Bunq. I did contact support today, but came back with a same disappointing answer, saying that they are also waiting for updates..
