You can use bank transfers, local payment processors like iDEAL and Sofort, Apple or Google Pay and even credit cards to top up your savings account.

Answer to your second question is: You can withdraw all of your funds or choose a partial amount - the choice is yours! To encourage you to save the money for your next spending, we've limited the withdrawals to 2 per calendar as you already suggested.
