• Bug new card order

Do other Bunq users also experience a bug when they try to order a new card?
For some kind of reason I am unable to order a new card for a week now. I have contacted support and they say every time they are aware of this issue and will try to fix it.
Just wondering if it is a bug with my account or a general bug.

      @Maurits-Aquamarine-Akita#297560 Has your problem been solved? I'm asking because I've been trying for three days and nothing has happened. Maybe it's because I don't have a tax number, but in my country, when someone's annual income is below a certain amount, they are not taxed, so they don't have that number. And I'm wondering: How can I trust my money to a company and be sure that I can handle it whenever I want without problems when they couldn't immediately solve this simple issue? Personally, I'll try again today and if there's no result, I'll cancel my subscription.
