@janrozema#50021 I have not had this problem myself, so I suggest you ask for help via "Private Matters". I'm sure they can have a look into this.
@janrozema#50021 I had the same problem the first time I tried to send money abroad. What you need to do is first complete the setup of your TW account. And try again from Bunq.
Had the same problem when trying to link an existing transferwise account to bunq.Problem not solved until now.
I had a similar issue where I couldn't link my TransferWise account to bunq. I solved it by changing the mail address on my TransferWise account, so that the bunq app didn't automatically find my existing account (the address used to be the same as the one I used for bunq). Instead of linking it to my existing account the bunq app simply created a new one, and it worked within seconds
@Navy-Falcon#52818 J20: That means, you now have TWO Transferwise Accounts? Not perfect, but a workaround.
As my TW Account is older than my bunq membership I would like to see a good working connection between these two, not doublicating one of them.
Yeah that seems to be the case, but I never created a password for the account linked to bunq. Private matters said it would be best to contact TransferWise directly if I wanted to merge the accounts
