      @nickless#66464 Die Frage ist ob ein Support Mitarbeiter die Entscheidungen der höheren Hierarchie kennt? Unabhängig davon bei den Echtzeit Gutschriften ist der Hinweistext auf die AWV Hotline wieder entfallen und damit ein weiterer Schritt zur Normalität getan.

              Bunq —> Sparkasse Hannover works fine

                If bunq->NOLADE21HOL and bunq->SPKHDE2HXXX and bunq->BYLADEM1001 works (North Germany)
                and bunq->OASPDE6AXXX and bunq->SOLADES1VSS does not work (South Germany)
                it looks as if the Route via HELABA (North?) is fixed/repaired and the other Route via LBBW (South) is still blocked by Sparkasse?

                My tests from yesterday:


                In the morning, the Payment to DKB was sent normal, in the evening it was sent instant, but Sparkasse was (in the evening) also sent as normal payment.

                  @SimonM#66413 Hi Simon, thanks for your message! Instant payments through HELABA are indeed the ones working again! We are looking into the issues with payments through the other route (SOLADES1VSS).

                    @Jorritt#66508 Hi Jorrit. No, HELADEF1822 was not reachable via instant. WELADED1WES same problem and also under the Helaba roof. SOLADES1VSS belongs to the roof of LBBW. It’s complicated 😄 I’m not sure what DKB is using...

                        I can confirm DKB and Landesbank Berlin (Berliner Sparkasse) worked IP worked fine some minutes ago.

                              Neu ist jetzt aber bei der LBB, dass nicht einfach aus einer IP-Überweisung eine normale Überweisung wird. Bisher war das nämlich so. Jetzt handhabt die LBB das auch wieder andere Sparkassen, nämlich mit Minusbuchung und zeitverzögert mit einer Gutschrift in gleicher Höhe. Das ist ja wenigstens etwas.

                                Update from me:
                                Unicredit HVB (HYVEDEMM455) <-> bunq does seem to work reliably with SEPA INST again since at least 11.Feb

                                I have no issues anymore.

                                I still have no information from either HVB nor bunq despite inquiring both sides every week.

                                I‘ll stop that now since it seems to work again for good and I recon I will not getting any in detail respsonse ever. (Which is sad).
