    Wat enorm vervelend om te horen dat jullie dit is overkomen. Helaas komt phishing steeds meer (zie bijvoorbeeld https://www.nu.nl/tech/6026617/fraudehelpdesk-flink-meer-fraudemeldingen-in-2019-grote-stijging-phishing.html) en steeds weer op andere manieren voor en kan het erg overtuigend zijn.

    We werken er keihard aan om alle mogelijke manieren, vaak ook succesvol, tegen te gaan.     We willen je enorm bedanken voor je suggesties, we zullen er gelijk in duiken en kijken wat we hiermee kunnen verbeteren!

        We're very happy to let you know that instant payments from Sparkasse to bunq are working once again ⚡️.

        We’ve worked with Sparkasse to ensure that all bunqers and Sparkasse users are protected from fraud. One part of this means that new bunqers who sign up will need to use regular SCT transfers from Sparkasse accounts for their first month.

        This is to better help minimise any losses that may occur if Sparkasse ever falls victim to a phishing attack in the future.

        We decided that this was an acceptable compromise in order to proactively take the best precautions for these type of scenarios.

        • Hi! We hebben dit verder opgepakt in de chat. De meeste banken hebben bepaalde checks waardoor betalingen (tijdelijk) geblokkeerd kunnen worden. We horen het natuurlijk graag als er zulke meldingen zijn en zullen er altijd alles aan doen om dit op te lossen met de betrokken banken! Graag ontvangen we de meldingen in de chat zodat deze altijd bij het compliance team terecht komen.

              As you may have noticed, you can now make instant payments from your bunq account to Sparkasse once again 🙌.

              Unfortunately this is not the case for payments made from Sparkasse to your bunq account. Be assured that we are working hard on a solution for this and will be sure to update you once we have any more information.

                  Thanks for reaching out! As you guys rightfully noticed, Instant Payments from Sparkasse haven't been as fast as you're used to.

                  Sparkasse recently experienced a major phishing attack. As a consequence Instant Payments to all banks were affected. We took immediate action. Sparkasse decided to take additional measures: they blocked all Instant Payments to bunq accounts until further notice. This means that it currently can take up to 1 working day for the payment to reflect in your account.

                  Naturally, bunq does everything in its power to detect, prevent and mitigate any type of fraud. That's why we're currently assisting Sparkasse improving systems and processes to help them combat fraud. We'll make sure to update this topic as soon as we have any news! Please let us know if have any questions in the meantime.
