  • 🇬🇧/🇩🇪 Instant Payment to DKB (and others) not working

Having the same issue both ways with BYLADEM1ING. Last successful IP on 15.1.
Yesterday behavior changed in use-case „to bunq“: instead of refusing the initiation, it was accepted - but returned shortly after.
Both IT supports are involved. Hope this gets sorted out quickly!

    @SimonM#66305 Bunq always sends everything SCT Instant. Why should bunq make a statement? Instant Payment works without interruption to Raiffeisen and Sparkasse in Austria.

    If you give up a package and the recipient does not want to accept it, you should ask why the recipient is not willing to cooperate?

    Maybe you should try the German Sparkasse bank group for an explanation.

          Da von bunq aus alles funktioniert, sollten wir die Sparkassen und die DKB mit Anfragen nerven....nur die können das ändern.

            Von der Sparkasse funktioniert auch alles - bis auf bunq. Da man bei der Sparkasse IP explizit auswählen muss und die Zahlung auch initiiert werden kann, dann aber zurück kommt mit dem Fehler “Empfängerbank unterstützt IP nicht”, wär ich mir nicht so sicher das der Fehler auf Seite der Sparkasse liegt.

              I’m happy to report that bunq -> SPK Instant Payment seems to work again 👍

                Unfortunately this is not the case for payments made from Sparkasse to your bunq account. Be assured that we are working hard on a solution for this and will be sure to update you once we have any more information.

                  I noticed there are differences between different Sparkasse's. SOLADES1VSS ist still not available via Instant, but DKB works fine for me.
                  Is it because some are connected via HELABA and others via LBBW ?
                  Or should both be available?

                    I sent some payments to my DKB BYLADEM1001 account, yesterday it was made as traditional transfer (took ages), today was sent as instant payment, but on the DKB side, no sign of it.

                      @Val#66426 I tried it from bunq -> my DKB account and it worked, it is also visible at my DKB account. You may need to re-login into your account.

                            Can confirm that from bunq to DKB works again. Obviously there is some change, bunq took action and hopefully it helped.
