  • 🇬🇧/🇩🇪 Instant Payment to DKB (and others) not working

Last information given by FinazInformatik directly from last Wednesday is, that they still block SCT-inst to bunq and that they don't have an update About when the blockade will be taken down again.

SCT-Inst from bunq -> Sparkasse Erlangen worked this week. The other way round took the usual workday.

    11 days later

    I was very surprised, when I was doing a payment to my old bank Sparkasse (via LBBW) the payment went as SCT Inst trough.

    So, the Status, is to my knowledge, as following:

    bunq -> DKB : SCT Inst works
    bunq -> Sparkasse (HELABA) : SCT Inst works
    bunq -> Sparkasse (LBBW) : SCT Inst is now working again 👍😬

    Sparkasse (HELABA) -> bunq : SCT Inst blocked ?? - normal SEPA is possible
    Sparkasse (LBBW) -> bunq : SCT Inst blocked ?? - normal SEPA is possible

    bunq -> comdirect : should be possible since two weeks, maybe a DEV reads this...

      Hi bunqers,

      We're very happy to let you know that instant payments from Sparkasse to bunq are working once again ⚡️.

      We’ve worked with Sparkasse to ensure that all bunqers and Sparkasse users are protected from fraud. One part of this means that new bunqers who sign up will need to use regular SCT transfers from Sparkasse accounts for their first month.

      This is to better help minimise any losses that may occur if Sparkasse ever falls victim to a phishing attack in the future.

      We decided that this was an acceptable compromise in order to proactively take the best precautions for these type of scenarios.

      Thanks for your patience and we really appreciate your understanding in this adjustment.

          @Jorritt#101835 Klingt gut. Ist damit auch das Problem vom Tisch, dass mehrere Sparkassen im Norden sich weigern Überweisungen an bunq auszuführen?

                            @Heiko-Hartwig#102300 Die DKB bietet ausgehende IP-Zahlungen nicht an. Insofern ist das eine anders gelagerte Situation.

                                @Jorritt#101835 Gibt es einen Moderator für diesen Threat? wir haben uns bei jorrit bedankt für die Information und die damit verbundene Arbeit die nötig war um bis hierhin zu kommen. Es wurden verschiedene Fragen gestellt, die spontan auftraten:
                                + Woher weiß die Sparkasse wer ein neuer bunqer ist?
                                + Ab welchem Datum zählt der erste Monat?
                                + Wer unterbindet die IP-Zahlungen bei new bunqers ( Sparkasse oder bunq)?
                                Es wäre nett hierzu Antworten zu erhalten. Falls noch weitere Fragen auftreten bitte anhängen, aber mich aus der Empfänger/Antwortbutton heraushalten (Auch ich muss mal schlafen).
                                Ich hoffe das der Übersetzer meinen Text nicht zu sehr zerstört.
