We're sorry to hear that you had issues with your top ups. Depending on your sending bank, the money will return to the sending account, or the payment will be processed again. In the second case, the payment will show up in your bunq account.
Please contact us via the in-app Support Center if your expired top up isn't reverted to the sending account within 1-2 business days.
In the meantime, you can simply redo your top-up and the payment will be processed successfully ๐
