Hello bunqers!

I'm Nat, a designer here at bunq ๐Ÿ‘ฉโ€๐ŸŽจ.

We always love hearing you guys' feedback, and so I'm re-booting the popular Design Suggestions topic ๐ŸŽ‰.

What I'd like to hear from you:

  • A short description about your wonderful self (where you're from, how you got into bunq, how long you've been with us).
  • How do you like the design of our app? Any particularly great things, or ideas on how to improve the interface?
  • What are your thoughts on our website and other outlets? Are they representative of our brand and how do they make you feel?
  • If you've seen any of our ads, do they interest you? Do you think they should be improved, and how?

We're looking forward to any insights you guys have to share with us! Let's keep this good thing going ๐Ÿš€๐ŸŒˆ.

Cheers,
-Nat

    Small improvement:

Apple Pay is awesome, but this small Apple Pay indicator is an eyesore when you use the dark theme. If possible it would be nice if it was darker.

Well actually, make it possible to change between card colours (change 1of the 12 bunq colors) so it would be easier to recognize which card belongs to which account number

        Another small one:

Change the titles in the navigation bar, instead of full caps only capitalize the first letter, to keep it in line with other iOS apps and the redesign of the android app.

It would be convenient to be able to change the size of the icons. I could view my 20 accounts faster. Three sizes big, medium, small.[upl-image-preview.
the big one being the normal of the app

Il serait pratique de pouvoir changer la taille des icรดnes. Je pourrais voir mes 20 comptes plus rapidement. Trois tailles : grande, moyenne, petite.

Events: I don't want to watch all my small daily grocery events. Is it possible to set as standard view to show me events only from one certain card and NOT one general overview event list where all activities from all cards are visible?

A small annoyance that would only affect a small group of people:

I often use the Tenor GIF keyboard to send GIFs, normally iOS would show a globe icon in the bottom left to switch keyboards, but this isnโ€™t the case in the Pay and Request screen. And I canโ€™t use the gif keyboard to type an amount, so I have to back out and switch the keyboard someplace else.

It might not be even bunqโ€™s 'fault', because the keyboard is working oddly anyway ๐Ÿ˜

Hi, just wanted to say that I love the bunq design. Clear, simple and very intuitive! Keep it up!

@Jurgen-Together#63293 Sound pretty much like your personal preference (which I do respect). ๐Ÿ˜Š However, I would prefer a filter option to realize this, so others can have a different events view. ๐ŸŒˆ

To much rainbow colors. I really hate rainbows.

Maybe a option to group accounts.. So for example house group is rent-, groceries and other house related accounts. This maybe in combination with account button size. So when you tap on the group buttons you see multiple small accounts underneath it.

I use bunq for personal (100%๐ŸŽ‰) and business use (100%๐ŸŽ‰).

@Bjoern#63370 So I have connect accounts between personal and business.. Would be nice if I could group some accounts: business, house (the shared accounts with my gf) etcetera.

                          @jacekhaag#63354 ๐ŸŒˆ๐ŸŒˆ๐ŸŒˆ I love them. ๐Ÿณ๏ธโ€๐ŸŒˆ๐Ÿณ๏ธโ€๐ŸŒˆ๐Ÿณ๏ธโ€๐ŸŒˆ

Iโ€™m searching quite a long time for these buttons, every time I need them:

It would make more sense to me if thereโ€™re on the account-view instead.

@Jasper-Silver-Panther#63384 I donโ€™t think they should be located on the account view, because these buttons and search function apply to all accounts. But the visibility could indeed be better. ๐Ÿค”

Why not just make it three buttons like on the accounts tab. Because the search field isnโ€™t really a text input field, it behaves like a button that takes you to the search.

                              So this:

                              Becomes more like this:

With a Search, Scheduled & Accepted button. ๐Ÿ‘ (But still on the events tab of course)

Yeah, in saying that Iโ€™d expect them on the account view, I was implying they would work on that account only as well..
