• Apple Wallet notifications

    Apple and notifications... Catastrophic.
    When I put my watch on mornings it's usually full of notifications from the past day. I don't get any email notifications at all. I do get email notifications on my iPhone....after checking my emails. Then all the pop ups start popping up as I'm reading them. So yes, I too think it's an apple issue.

      It might be an issue with bunq as well. I've set all my notifications on yes, but I don't get any notifications from the bunq app.

      Not bothered with that, but it seems to be malfunctioning.

          @Samzoiets#65149 You don’t get notifications for Apple Pay purchases from the bunq app, only from the Wallet. That’s how it is working at bunq

            Seeing I'm either not getting notifications at all, or very late, how am I suppose to know if bunq contacted me about winning the 1000€ over the last 30 days. I was convinced I'd be a winner in one of the days. 🤪😂
            So the way I see it, if it's a bunq issue, then they owe me a 1000€. Same for apple. 🤪🤔🤪🤔

                I‘ve just paid at a petrol station using Apple Pay, this time notification came immediately. Have to watch it, was maybe only a temporary problem.

                  Same here. Wallet notifications are instant. Also never have issues with notifications on the watch so that may be a PEBCAK issue :P

                    I noticed the same yesterday. Paid with Apple Pay at a grocery store and the wallet notification came about 2 hours later. 🤷🏻‍♂️

                      I just received a delayed notification on my Apple Watch from a transaction from yesterday at McDonald's. Only I didn't went to McDonalds! Fortunately no skimming or anything but it turns out that this must be my yesterdays purchase at EkoPlaza (same amount, same time) and the notification inaccurately showed the wrong merchant... Hope bunq can fix this asap.

                        I had this issue too a while back. They said it was an error in the system of Mastercard and were in contact about it. Never heard something about it anymore but I see the issue isn't resolved yet. With this being said, it's not gonna be an easy fix for bunq then.
