Since the latest card update it is not possible anymore to block a card permanently. I lost one of my cards that I never used actually. So I freezed it for now. But that’s not the same as block it permanently, I can unfreeze a card now that no one owns? Next to that, I’m not going to reorder it because I never use the card. Why is this option hidden?

    It’s gone because a lot of the time we saw people blocking cards, when what they really wanted was to freeze them or get a new card.

    If you really want one of your cards gone, you can always contact support to do that for you 👍.

    Out of interest, did you lose the card recently? Or what stopped you blocking it before this update?

        Just bring back a block button. I don't want to talk to support for something like this.
