I just off the phone with Frankfurter Sparkasse. According to them Bunq has landed on a fraud black list. Frankfurt Sparkasse has a service provider, who is realizing the EBA Clearing instant payments. They have blocked them to due an increased level of fraud associated with bunq bank accounts. SEPA transfers are possible of course, but instant payment is blocked.

Hi, I know that I can chargeback a SEPA Direct Debit within 8 weeks after the transaction - without having to provide any paperwork or reason. Where do I initiate the SEPA direct debit chargeback in the Bunq App? I cannot find that feature.
