Attica Bank charges too now. 2.3 or 2.5. Chania Bank charges 2.5. I am not sure about HSBC, should be still free.
@Stephen, they are suffering from greed mostly.

If the card had some added incentives, i.e. small credit line, miles & more, lounge pass or any of the likes then yeah, would jump at it. Can plant trees cheaper - unless it was an one-off payment to get the card, is having a fancy metal card really worth the (yearly) premium on top of the account subscription?
