The overal design and interface is a mess. Crucial functions are hidden away behind unclear buttons or behind countless menus (nfc payments), and instead the app is cluttered with Bunq's own marketing. They clearly prioritise their own business before the users.. I don't see how V3 can be an improvement without going back to the drawing board and redesign almost every single aspect.

The new version is in no way better than it was. I want to manage my money, not deal with whatever the bank has been up to. I want to gain insights in my accout balance, not about how many trees ive saved. To be honest, Bunq really messed up and I've gone from an enthousiast to someone who's thinking about switching to a different bank. I'm not even talking about the bugs, how can you miss something crucial as not displaying shared accounts? You are a bank and dealing with people's money! Clearly you are not realising the responsibility you have. What a mess.
