  • In Font difference between app and physical card

    So i ordered a second maestro card as a backup for my wife. Wanted to do a little heart in the card description.

    But the font is different on the physical card then in the app. The 3 is not round at the top but flat. Now it does not look like a heart at all.

    So for future people who would like to do something like this. It's currently not possible.

      Voor mij is het sinds de nieuwe update weer opgelost. Werkt weer naar behoren. Ook kan ik nu tap & pay activeren door lang op de BUNQ icon te drukken. Dat is nieuw :) geen widget meer nodig, yeah!

      • In 🇳🇱 Paying contactless doesn't work

        Vandaag 3 tap & pay betaling geprobeerd te doen. (3 verschillende dorpen/winkels)

        Echter krijg ik hetzelfde als Pepijn.(LG G6) Niet ondersteunende kaart. Telefoon vraagt om vingerafdruk. Dit terwijl ik mijn tap & pay heb geopend via de widget en daar mijn vingerafdruk al heb gegeven.
        Als ik mijn vingerafdruk dan geef krijg ik een wit scherm en gebeurd er niks meer.

        Al geprobeerd:
        Limiet op 50 gezet,
        NFC uit en weer aangezet,
        Telefoon herstart,
        Kijken of de app up to date is.

        2 weken geleden werkte het nog prima. Nu krijg ik het niet voor elkaar.

          • In Fixed: Bug Found, High Five. right after log-in

            Since the latest app update (22nov) the Bunq app crashes right after log-in.

            Using a standard LG-G6 android phone.

            Tried rebooting.
            Reinstalling app.
            Nothing worked so far.

            Can use the hotkeys (long press on app) just fine. ( scan qr-code, new payment and new request )
            But whenever i hit the main bunq page with my bank account the app crashes.
