  • Set a backup account for.... accounts :)

I would be happy with one of both solutions. My idea 💡 was to setup an backup per monetary account, but your suggestion to set an overall back-up would work for me too!

          +1 this would really help with budgeting using the 25 accounts within Bunq.

            Your idea good.
            There is also a possibility, it is to modify and add
            [reffil notification / sofort or idea] to [refill notificationn / sofort or idea or "CHOOSE YOUR ACCOUNT"]
            What does the bunq team think?

              I just came across this topic and I would love to see this happen! I already love this function on card level, but it would be amazing to also set this on account level.
              I really hope this will be implemented one day 😊🌈

                      Das wünsche ich mir auch sehr. Da durch zerofx sich Beträge nachträglich ändern, kann bisher sogar nach erfolgreichen Transaktion innerhalb des Budgets das Konto ins Minus gelangen->mit der Konsequenz, dass die Karten gesperrt werden obwohl auf anderen Konten genügend Geld vorhanden ist. Das ist mir einmal passiert und es ist unnötig und ärgerlich.

                        I am in for separating backup account from dual pin to have that feature on all accounts in the settings. Nice would be a backup limit per account.

                              @Steffan#145362 Koen doesn't work at bunq anymore, and besides that, bunq typically never lets us know what is currently being worked on. 😉

                                Ik heb eigenlijk een nog beter idee om budgetteren nog makkelijker te maken. Met backup accounts, wordt het geld dus eigenlijk van het verkeerde account afgeschreven.

                                Maar soms kan het voorkomen dat je te weinig geld in het juiste potje hebt staan.

                                Waarom het niet mogelijk maken dat je op een rekening gewoon rood kan staan?

                                Maar uiteraard gaat dit tegen de filosofie van bunq in.

                                Echter, zou rood staan dan gewoon mogelijk moeten zijn, mits het totaal van alle rekeningen bij elkaar maar positief blijven.

                                Hoeft er ook geen moeilijke constructie met backup accounts/kaarten gemaakt te worden. En, je ziet in één oogopslag dat één van je rekeningen in het rood staan, en je dus direct ziet dat je budget niet klopte.

                                Als het geld automatisch van een ander account wordt afgeschreven, verlies je juist het overzicht.
