Mr. Underwood who says this is on bunq? As far as I have heard bunq submitted all data to DHL. As soon as they heard that some people didn't get links they immediately started investigating and reaching out to find out what was going wrong. To me it sounds like bunq ordered the services they promised to their customers, they are dependent on a third party, and doing everything possible to ensure that the third party delivers. Now, bunq could simply point to DHL and blame them, but I think that's not a nice thing to do (they seem to handle this better than the finger pointing in the past with the support company). Now, this is my interpretation of the situation based on some messages from our contact and what I read hear.. What I know for sure is that bunq is already looking into this. Just be patient and realize that (despite best efforts) sometimes companies are faced with surprises/are dependent on others. It's not like bunq wants to do this.
