Sander So am I understanding you correctly, bunq is not in possession of the cards? Never have been?
From day one, in the app, date of arrival was Feb. 17th. Fine. Never gave it another thought. 17th came and went. Next thing I see is: arriving Feb. 28th (today). No message. No notification. Nothing. Kinda irritated me. But once again no big deal. Still love bunq.
Now we have today. Still no notification. Nothing. Once again somewhat irritating. But I’ll live. Still love bunq.
But my question remains: where is the card? bunq? DHL? Somewhere else?
If it takes another month, I really don’t care. But someone, PLEASE, just notify me about it. That’s all I want. And should the cards be in bunq’s possession then I’m sure they can handle that. “Hey Mr. Underwood, we regret to inform you that the card shipment will have to be delayed.... we apologize...”.
But should the cards be in DHL’s possession then I absolutely understand the chaos. They’re in my opinion just incapable.
