Jens🇩🇪 So there is nothing there, no sign of the card and we have the 28.2. Find it sad that no information comes from bunq . When things finally go right with delivery.
Damn, just give bunq a bit of time please. The 28th is not over yet. 😅 bunq did inform customers by email, and updated the estimated delivery date in the app. The bar in the app is no live representation: it's a representation of the estimated delivery time. bunq has no live insights in where your card exactly is (I don't believe the tracking codes are integrated in the app). As I've said many times now, the employees at bunq are working their behinds off to get you your card (including tracking!). Let them do their jobs. When there's something noteworthy then I am sure they will let you know. And please also realise that sending a message to all customers is also not done in 5 seconds. They need to identify who the message should be send to, it should be drafted/approved by the marketing and/or communications department. It must be translated. The sending must be prepared. etc. etc. There's a lot more to it then just a support employee cramming out an email in 5 minutes that gets send to a mailing list including all customers. 😉
Mr. Underwood From day one, in the app, date of arrival was Feb. 17th. Fine. Never gave it another thought. 17th came and went. Next thing I see is: arriving Feb. 28th (today). No message. No notification. Nothing. Kinda irritated me. But once again no big deal. Still love bunq.
As shown above, the in-app status bar is an estimation of the progress. The things bunq knows 100% for sure: the moment you ordered the card, the moment they give the order to the card manufacturer and then bunq is in the dark as well (at least for normal cards). Those cards do not get shipped to bunq's HQ first. So bunq gives the order, card is produced and then shipped. The app does not know when the card leaves the factory, the app simply shows an estimated date, by which likely 99% of the cards have been delivered normally. You could try to ask Support 💬, but I don't think they can see much more then you can yourself. I agree, information would be amazing in this regards, but we now seem to be pointing at bunq while bunq might not even have more info to share.
I'm going to stop defending bunq here now btw., everyone seems to know better how bunq is supposed to deal with everything, but seem to forget that there's much more to it than just pushing some buttons. Sit back, relax, take a coffee, and bunq will try to get everyone a notification once the cards ship.
(and don't value the progress bar in the app too much) 😬
