Great to see that you want to reactivate your account and start using bunq again. Weβre happy to welcome you back!
How can I reopen my bunq account?
- Download and open the bunq app
- Use your e-mail or telephone number to log in
- "This account has been closed" screen appears
- π’ Reopen account
- Click on Reactivate account
- Done!

How can I reopen my Business account?
- Go to π Home
- Scroll to the bottom of the screen and tap "Archive"
- Switch to the Business Account you want to reopen
- Tap on π’ Reopen Account
Good to know
- Your cards get reactivated automatically.
- You get the same plan that you had before.
- Your billing day is moved according to the days you were frozen. For example: your billing day is usually on 17th. If you freeze your account for 4 days, your billing day will be on 21st from now on.
