      @Niek-Silver-Akita#154588 Sadly for me it’s difficult to trust them now. Today was a total disaster. And the post at the end saying that they had always planned to bring back Joint but better... I don’t believe that at all, it doesn’t fit with the earlier communication even slightly.

        @Niek-Silver-Akita#154588 For me also, it’s not the money, I’m happy to pay a higher price for all these features. For me the issue is down to trust now and seeing a total refusal to take responsibility for today’s mess.

          I think also that many people does not know this. My wife had no clue that this happened and I still have to inform my mother and sister....

            Well, bunq just closed multiple topics with a ton of questions. Even the topic with 'additional questions regarding the supergreen subscription' (which was started by bunq themselves) is closed. They all refer to a topic about the joint account which... now is also closed...

            This does absolutely not help gaining trust back...

              Same here. If I would move to the Travel Card or Pack, who says they don't cancel these plans suddenly too in say, a half year?
              My trust has gone out of the window, even if I do like their app and features.

Ich habe bestimmte Leistungen für einen bestimmten Preis gebucht. Man kann nicht mitten im Spiel einfach die Regeln ändern. Vor allem nicht bei einer "Bank". Damit ist klar das bunq nicht als Hauptkonto taugt.

                    Good to read that they, more or less, turn back the joint accounts. But the lack of clear communication is really something they need to do better.
