Yesterday I topped up some money but today the graph is still not updated. I tested the app, refreshed, but nothing I do seems to have the desired effect.

@Dario-Miku#160449 Yes, I reported this bug a few months ago, and again a few weeks ago. It's still not fixed. Sometimes it evens shows a prediction of 4 days ago, instead of the actual balance 4 days ago.
Ah thanks. Wonder how hard it can be to make a graph work properly...
@Dario-Miku#160449 The graphs aren't working properly. On my savings account, where money is only added, and until now never once got deducted, the predicitionfor today is showing a balance way below the actual balance 😋 Filed bug reports, but the only advice was to reinstall the app. Did that 2 times, and it stopped working again after a few days. Gave up on this feature.
@Dario-Miku#160449 Hier bij mij hetzelfde euvel. Binnen 30 minuten 2 diverse reacties:
Eerst wordt het bijkomende bedrag van een externe rekening (abn) wèl direct getoond;
Dan direct erná wordt een bedrag van de ene BUNQ- naar de andere BUNQrekening nìet getoond.
@Dario-Miku#160449 Today's new app update seems to have fixed the incorrect graphs in my accounts 😊 📊 👍🏻
Nope. Just updated and still shows wrong.
Another graph bug or same bug perhaps:
On a day with no transactions, the graph reports a balance from two days earlier (which had subsequently changed) and then the next day after the bugged report, the balance reported is six cents off, which I've been combing my books trying to locate for the past half-day until I took a calculator to the graph.
Is there a way to see pre-post account balance on transactions rather than using the graph?
Trying to learn bookkeeping in my spare time using my personal finances (to make sense of the concepts) but having an error in the numbers and worse, not knowing if I can trust the numbers reported in my bank account, bugs me.
Same problem with the graph. The historical data is completely off and the balance is wrong. It makes absolutely no sense. It goes up and down without there being any corresponding transactions. At least the historical graph should always be accurate and reflect the actual transactions and balance, which for me it does not. The historical section of the graph should always be self-correcting and accurate. Otherwise the graph is utterly useless, which is a shame.
I have the same problem, but mine happened with a refund I got:
As you can see, the graph doesn't make any sense when you have a look at the transactions below. And with the refund suddenly my graph goes down...?
Also in the overall balance (on the main page) i'm now 34,40 short (comparing to my budget system, which I have 100% correct). Coincidence? I think not!
Hi guys!
Daniela here from the Data Science team! Thanks for all your comments and suggestions!
We’re working hard to fix the the balance prediction so that it can better understand how your balances evolve through time. We're also aware of the inconveniences you're currently experiencing, so we’ll update you here once the improvements are live.
Thanks for your patience!
Cheers!
Graph is trying to predict the past and is way off
@Daniela-Red-Swan#163495 Lol. Even with the new Chart prediction, the past balance is still not correct 😂
Would love to see the accurate balance!
The "prediction" is completely breaking graph since early May. Ridiculous values are presented as "prediction" for the past.
Can we please have the option to disable the "prediction" feature?
@arne-from-iliades#160464 Opnieuw installeren is zo een standaard script. Bij bunq werkt zelfs dat niet na de update. Beetje flauw bunq. En ik wil echt niet zeiken maar na drie dagen ben ik het een beetje beu. Ben echt teleurgesteld.
