  • [Solved] Billing errors

I encountered another billing error. Is had a joint account before with an Green Card for which I paid 99 euros. Then my account got converted to a Supergreen account with the 3 month discount. I now started a pack with my family, and all of a sudden the Supergreen premium is charged on my account (an extra 9 euros) which should be free since I already paid for the Green Card (now metal card). Anyone having the same problem?

    I already heard back from Support (🏎 fast!) and indeed this is incorrect. They are indeed having billing problems caused by the new subscription types. They expect this to be corrected, and otherwise I will have to contact Support again on billing day...

            You should contact bunq support to refund the reserved amount. You can do this under Help > Support Center or from that specific transaction under 'I need help with this payment'.
