@Jesper#161565 Whatsapp als toevoegen op de klantenservice? Zorgt wellicht voor een explosie aan cases, maar wel een serieus verhoogde bereikbaarheid.

Via WhatsApp heb je geen echte identiteitscheck. Dat heb je wel met de in-app chat want je bent immers ingelogd.

        Hmm, I’m a bit of an old skool dog 🐕 ... so I’m not up2date about all those fancy social media stuff 😉...

        I like Twitter and I do a tiny bit on Insta and YouTube... and of course you guys are already there!

        Podcasting 🎙 has been mentioned a few times... that sounds interesting. I prefer a podcast over a blog for instance. I already listen often to interviews Ali gives 👌.... but love to hear more from other cool bunqers too!

            I think the content you post on whatever channel is way more important than the channel itself.

            Personally I wouldn't care at all what Spotify music list you listen too. However a podcast that shares your vision of banking/budgetting/any other actual content. Now that would be interesting

              Twitter, Facebook, Instagram and YouTube are enough social channels if you ask me...

              But Podcasts or live streams (on YouTube) would be a nice addition. Maybe a live Q&A with Ali or video's with bunq tips&trics? 👍
              A bit more technical video's (about banking processes, API, SDK etc. ) on YouTube would also be nice 😃

                I think there aren’t more platforms you should be on but if you still want to: Please stay true to your promise of data protection and DON‘T support WhatsApp or Telegram. Threema or Signal are better options.

                    I would also say a podcast with tips on how to handle money. How did people learn it? When did they learn it? What did really help them?
