You can order your own collection of bunq cards, and have global coverage with a Credit Card or Debit Card (Mastercard)!
To order a new card, follow the steps below:
- Go to the 🏠 Home tab
- Tap on 🟣 Add
- Tap on 🔵 Add Card
- Choose your card of preference and follow the flow!
Important:
- With your Personal account, cards are strictly personal and can't be shared, either physically or digitally.
- In case you have a Business account, the app will ask you if you want to order a card for your Business or your Personal account between steps 3 and 4.
- Make sure to check our Pricing sheet for possible invoicing regarding your card order.
- If you have previously used the Easy Savings plan and ordered a physical copy of your Free Credit Card, you will be charged an annual maintenance fee of €9.99 until its expiry.

How many physical cards can I order?
The number of physical cards you can have depends on your plan:
- bunq Core: 1 physical card. Your first order will be free.
- bunq Pro: 3 physical cards. Your first 3 orders will be free.
- bunq Elite: 3 physical cards.Your first 3 orders will be free.
If you order cards beyond your plan's free limit, each additional card will cost €9.99 to order. Additionally, if you have more active physical cards than your plan allows, you'll be charged a monthly fee of €3.45 for each extra card.
How can I add a new card in bunq Web?
- Go to bunq Web
- Click on + Add card
- Select the card of your choice
- Order!
How can I see my card’s delivery status?
When you finish your new card’s order, you can follow the steps below to review your card’s status:
- Go to your 🏠 Home tab
- Tap on the card in question
- Card’s status will be shown in the green tip box with a small description
In the tip box, you’ll also get an action button. For example, when you order a card, you’ll be able to add it to Apple / Google Pay. If your card hasn’t been delivered, you’ll be able to replace it with a single tap. Keep in mind that you won’t see action buttons on permanent statuses as blocked or expired cards.
Can I change the address that my card will arrive to?
If you just ordered a new card and wish to have it delivered to a different address, you can still update your address until 23:00 that same day. After that time, the original address that you had when ordering the card will be where the card is delivered. To do so, follow the steps below:
- Go to the 👤 Profile tab
- Tap on Personal Information
- Change the details
- Edit or update information accordingly
- Select Done!
What name can I choose to be printed on my card?
- You're able to enter your True Name: when you order a card and choose the visible name of your card, you can enter the name with which you identify in your daily life. Read more about this feature here.
- For Businesses, the card must show the name of the legal entity as registered in the Chamber of Commerce.
- The name on your bunq card needs to be within the 20-character limit, in order for us to be able to print it on the card. If your company name is longer than 20 characters, you can use another registered trade name.
How do I cancel my order?
🍎 For iOS users
- Go to your Home tab
- Choose the card you’ve just ordered
- Tap on Cancel Card Order
🤖 For Android users
- Go to your Home tab
- Tap on ⚙️ Settings
- Choose the card you’ve just ordered
- Tap on Cancel Card Order
