Is the Metal Credit Card a real credit card?
The Metal Credit Card is a true credit card. You can use it for all your spending needs, without the risk of falling into debt.
Merchants will, therefore, recognize the Metal Credit Card as a credit card, so you can continue to get the best acceptance worldwide and online. Easily add money directly to the card and youβre all set to spend. For more info, check this page.
Do I plant trees when I send outgoing payments (SEPA, iDEAL, SOFORT)?
If you're an Easy Bank Pro XL user, we'll be planting trees for every β¬100 you spend with your Metal Card. π³ That doesn't include standard outgoing payments made in the app.
Can I still use the card if I change my plan?
Keep in mind that if you decide to downgrade your plan to the Easy Bank Pro or the Easy Bank plan, you can still use the card you're using after you've ordered it.
When does my Metal Credit Card expire?
Metal Credit Card expire 4 years after the date of order (example: If you've ordered the card on September 21, 2023, the card will be active until September 21, 2027)
Important Note: All Metal Credit Card ordered before September 21, 2023 expire 6 years after the date of order.
My card was swallowed by an ATM, what should I do?
When a Metal Credit Card is swallowed by an ATM, the ATM owner eventually sends it back to us. But in those cases, we've to destroy and dispose of the card, which means you'll have to order a new card from the ones we currently offer.
An unrecognized transaction was done with my Metal Credit Card, what should I do?
No need to worry - simply follow the steps explained here.
Due to security reasons, you'll be asked to permanently block the card from which the payment was made.
You can also contact and follow-up with the merchant from which the unrecognized payment was made to discuss further details on the payment and possible refund.
