bunq Dear bunq-Team,
I would like to tell you my personal feedback on V3, that I made in the
past hours. :) (I know, that’s not much time, to get used to a new app, but
I would like to tell the things, that aren’t really cool in my opinion)
Clearly the V3 has good new things. But also a bit to work on.
For me the old version had a better overview and was a bit easier and
better to use, and the biggest point, it had a white background!
I hate dark backgrounds in Apps, because a white background brings the
other colours way better out and it makes me feel much better. The dark app
makes me feel quite bad and uncomfortable. (Because of that I never have
the night mode on at my iPhone). Also I don’t like, that there’s no
shortcut to the standing orders (or planned payments), at least I found
none. 😅 You have to tap on one account, than the three dots, planned
payments and than you see the standing orders. A bit laborious.
Two more optical things that disrupt the overall picture for me, are the
round plus sign at the bottom, and the three points on top of the
homescreen, were the trees and savings are shown. The trees don’t have any
meaning for me, because I haven’t got a greencard, so I don’t plant trees.
😅 The big plus could be made a bit less colourful, or could be blend out
after bit seconds, or when you scroll down.
What I like about V3, is that the „private“ function is made way better.
Now the account balances aren’t shown at the main screen AND either when
you tab on the different accounts. Thats a Great Update!
When I look at both Versions (V2&V3) I liked V2 more, BUT I think V3 could
be better than V2, with little updates.
Also I wish, that you don’t delete as much negative feedback, as you are
doing Right now. I understand, that you want the feedback directly send at
you, but to delete posts on together and even ban complete persons should
never really be an alternative.
I hope you don’t get me wrong and maybe make some of my points better, so I
have a greater feeling using the V3, than I had on the V2.
With that I wish you a great Workday and #stayfree. :D
Greetings,
Nick
