      Dus ik heb nog níet geüpdatet naar V3... Ik volg deze threads op de voet. Bunq is mijn privé en zakelijke bank en dit risico met bugs is bijna onaanvaardbaar.

        Ik begin V3 opzich wel te begrijpen en het wordt steeds makkelijker, maar er zijn wel een aantal
        Punten die ik graag als verbetering zie. De meeste heb ik hierboven al een keer aangegeven.

        • Kunnen de “...” die boven in de app staan ook bij de “+” komen. Eigenlijk is het op je telefoon niet met 1 hand te bereiken en soms is het twijfelen of het onder de “...” zit of onder de +.

        • in together als je op een link drukt wordt je door gelinkt naar een pagina in de app. Dus als je op gereed klikt ben je ook meteen terug en heb je niet extra tabbladen geopend. Zou dit niet in de hele app kunnen?
          Als je bijvoorbeeld (per ongeluk) op een foto klikt dan heb je weer een pagina aan het laden in Safari. Net zo bij hoeveel geld je bespaard hebt etc.
          In de app de pagina openen lijkt mij stukken sneller gaan.

          Related to another topic: if you click on a transaction you are no longer able to see the source account. Please put this feature back to v3 :-)

            I mean, it's good that custom account pictures are back. But the current implementation feels like a band aid and just shows that V3 wasn't made to work with account pictures. Now, it's difficult to read the account balance because it is overlayed on top of the picture. Unless your image is dark with a low contrast. And once you select an account, you can't even see the picture in the account anymore?
            I still prefer a list with a picture and the balance next to it which also directly shows if a card is linked to the account. And the dark mode is just way too dark. Sure, it might be great for AMOLED screens but I cannot properly see many visual guides unless I turn my brightness up to 100%.

            On a side note, I have the feeling V3 takes longer to load and show my balances than it did in V2, but that might be imagination.

              De plaatjes zijn weer terug. Helaas is het nu witte tekst op soms vrij lichte plaatjes. Je zou de opacity eigenlijk naar beneden moeten kunnen schroeven. Dan wordt het wat subtieler.

                • [Total] should not be a tile, it is just info. It's also the new way to see all of your events now? Not a logical choice: put the total in one of the circles above or as a [ Total : amount ] somewhere on the page.
                • the Events should get their own tab in the app: it is THE way to take a look at what amounts come in and out, so you need direct access to it all the time
                • when receiving a payment request, the description (at least on my iPad) does not get shown automatically, but there is 1. enough space to do so 2. you need that info to be visible right away to know what the payment request is for...
                • the tiles should be replaced by a list v2 style, or get divided in 2: left part for the icon/color, right part for the text. This way you can easily see which account is which when making payments etc, but the text is always easy to read, no matter the image you chose.
                • put at least the pay / request back buttons on the tab with accounts, first picking an account and then performing an action from a list is not a good workflow

                    I've been exploring the "amazing bunq v3" app, like many others. I don't like it, that also counts for many other users (since your rating on the app/play store went down from 3.8 (approximate) to 1.2 (approximate).)

                    I'm wondering WHEN (not if) you'll provide the business users with a separate app, stripped with all the "smuck".
                    I don't care about the trees I haven't planted, or the amount of interest (as long as it's lower than the cost of the subscription), the "us" tab, the badges so prominent in the screen, but most off all a single plus button that does something different depending on the screen you're at?

                    Also the list of transactions (which is really important to businesses) should come back.

                    You should decide for yourself if you're still continuing this crap update for you personal customers, but I think that if you don't change something quickly you're going to lose a lot of business accounts.
