  • How do I get in touch with customer service?

What a DISASTER is v3. It completely unacceptable to roll out such a horrible mess to people who run a business and make urgent payments. Salaries maybe?

I currently can’t accept direct debits. Get a pop-up with some commercial for 30-day trial that, even after reluctantly accepting, it keeps looping. This needs to be fixed now or I hold bunq accountable for the payment not going through in time and any damages my business may incur because of it.

Also can’t access the accounts of my other business. Can’t switch anymore.
