Hi, I got the same problem. :-(
Hi,
Make sure you have updated the app to the latest version, and follow the steps: In the "Me tab", tap the account you need the statement from > tap the ⚡️button > tap Export Statement > choose dates and format and confirm by tapping Export Statement.
any info more recent.?
@New-Peach-Bear-947348166#232236 Go to Home, select any account, then click on the More button and choose Export Statement.
See here for an always up-to-date instruction: https://together.bunq.com/d/3207
On a serious note Bunq team - how do we export statements? Especially for businesses I would like to point out that this is a basic we need and should not be complicated to find / carry out. It just took me 3hours of searching through my phone and webapp and i still do not have it...
Just my 2 cents - keep it super simple please
the "More" button does not exist anymore - the instruction seems to be from 2018. Looking forward to information from you
@New-Azure-Zebra-759050995#235398 Hello Neville! To download a statement:
The updated info is here: https://together.bunq.com/d/3207
@New-Azure-Zebra-759050995#235398 The “More” button still exists in the bunq app:
Big problem - is bunq a bank or a little piggy-bank for playing around? I was asked to show proof of funds - and guess what there is no f'ing option anywhere. Please hire a product manager who has experience with UI/UX of a proper bank instead of just focussing on fancy little features! There is just no intuitive correlation b/w the settings button on top-right on different screens & whatever random options it will pop up!
Update. There is an option when you goto a particular sub-account. Not obvious at all. Please guys - don't keep buttons & options random.
@dsculptor#239584 All sub-accounts at bunq are full bank accounts (not just virtual "boxes" or "spaces" as some competitors offer), as such there's no combined statement. All information about statements can be found here: https://together.bunq.com/d/3207-how-do-i-export-a-bank-statement
@Jakob-Y#239585 Thanks for the response. Understand that these are proper accounts with IBAN. However, i think you would agree that the way bunq app presents itself & guides users - one would tend to divide into 5-10 sub accounts.
This causes a problem in presenting statements for mortgage & international taxation. I have to merge & attach 5 PDFs per account in some of tax forms (non-EU). A simple combined monthly statement feature makes a lot of sense since you guys started the sub-accounts are cool thing.
