The whole trees planted / time saved information is not relevant for me, can you please make it a user setting wether or not we want to have this in our interface yes or no? For those who joined bunq for what it used to be (the ultimate banking app experience) that gives a reason to stay. Otherwise I foresee a lot of customers leaving. V3 is the first time this thought even came to mind.

    @Max-Teal-Jaguar#180021 Das hab ich auch gedacht. Schön, dass die Bilder wieder da sind, aber mit dem weißen Text drauf schlecht lesbar. Meine Lösung wäre, die Kacheln ein kleines bisschen höher zu machen und den Text, also Name + Betrag in einer Zeile nach unten und dahinter einen grauen halbtransparenten Balken legen. Wenn die Kacheln von der Höhe so bleiben sollen, dann eben den Balken über den untersten Teil des Bildes legen.

    Ich denke das sähe trotzdem gut aus und wäre aber wesentlich lesbarer.

      BUT, to be honest... bunq didn’t thought this true. I see some flaws:
      - the transparency is set to 0. So all pictures are right in your face, in V2 that worked... but not in a tile concept. The text is completely unreadable most of the times and this concept really hurts my eyes.

      See example below:
      Left I used a custom image where I set the transparency to 20% in Photoshop. The right one is bunq’s implementation. You tell me what you think :)

      And when setting up a custom image, bunq take the position that all the images will be shown in a circle ⭕️, but that isn’t the case.. the most prominent place where the image is used is in a rectangle shape.

      So, good first attempt.. but don’t think this works. At least set a transparency level.

        Wenn ich das mit den Bildern hier so lese, frage ich mich ehrlich gesagt ob es sonst keine Probleme hier gibt und ob ich hier im Kindergarten bin.

          @JohnDo#180060 It's even worse on Android in light mode. Then the account name is in white text and the money amount is in black text. There isn't a photo that works with both black and white text on the same tile...

            At first I was really excited about the update. Despite all the negativity about V3 I still wanted to give it a shot and “get used to it”. However I’m missing features and I’m constantly lost in these hidden menus. Been using Bunq from the very beginning and I’m extremely disappointed with this new update. Just small features like adding comments to payments (which I do with my partner for expenses) is just gone. The “US” tab to me is a complete waste. Hope this all gets fixed or I might have to close my accounts.

              14.0.3. for iOS is out now. Seems to have a (badly working) light mode.

                Sure, some stuff like the camera tab in V3 are nice, but I seriously don't understand how bunq considers this an improvement at all...

                BTW for me, Cards and Total are shown the other way around and I can't move them like the other accounts. Can you move them or were they like this already? I'm just curious since I am on Android.

                        since I found this thread, I thought I'd give my humble opinion on the Bunq v3.

                        • I like the scanning feature. It makes it super easy to scan in QR-codes and invoices.
                        • The content of the bubbles on the top of the screen (Geld gespart, Co2 gespart, Zeit gespart) are irrelevant for me, if not irritating, especially because I do not have the super-green subscription. I understand that you want to highlight your value propositions, but I am already a loyal customer. Showing me that I am currently missing out on planting trees gives me kind of a negative feeling. For me something practical would be better here, like access to my spendings statistics, access to my cards or my current total balance. However, I like the idea and the concept!
                        • If I tap on the tile 'cards', the cards are highlighted in different colors. However, as a user I have no idead, what these colors are indicating. Also, I cannot distinguish online-cards from physical cards.
                        • I cannot erase online cards after I created them.
                        • The section 'from us' is nice, but I dont believe that it should have such a prominent presence in the app. Maybe a notification center could be useful instead.
                        • If I tap on Profile -> three dots upper right hand corner -> My Accounts, my app crashes

                        I'm sure that you put a lot of work into v3 and that whenever there is change, people are always complaining. Hence, please take my points above as my personal opinion. Overall I think v3 was a big move that still needs improving, but I see good potential :)

                            When all the accounts are disabled for insights, this error message is shown. (Error, invalid ID, try again)

                              Thank god for the light mode. Already looks so much better.

                                In the previous version of the app you could select which account appears on the Insights graph. In V3 i can no longer find this option and my overview is stuck to the accounts I had selected before the update with no way of changing it.

                                  @Max-Teal-Jaguar#180021 This already shows you what is incorrect with the new design; If you swap out the 3 round images from V3 for the 3 square (you can make it round if you so prefer) ones from V2, 99% of the complaints here in this topic are solved.
