@Johan#181566 Those terms and fees are subject to quite a lot of changes. And then there's the subscription tiers; as an early customer i've been switched several times by now, where other companies would grandfather existing plans for user convenience and fairness. Every change (announced or unannounced) I'd had to dive into the 'small letters' again, and still got screwed over when i missed the introduction of a new type of fee.
I used to recommend BUNQ to my friends, now whenever somebody mentions BUNQ i jump and hide behind my 0 trees planted!

What a messssss. Wow, I've rarely used such an user unfriendly app. Also you billed me for a Sepa payment (free) without offering me the chance to even cancel such a payment done by yourselves without my consent.
Now you're also going to charge me a monthly fee?
I'm sorry to you've decided to implement such customer unfriendly changes for the "free" !!

Ik had nog de hoop dat de bomen zouden verdwijnen, maar na het lezen van dit artikel (die 3 weken geleden gepubliceerd had moeten worden), concludeer ik dat bunq ons werkelijk bomen wil laten planten en dat het aantal bomen bewust zo ‘in your face’ wordt gepresenteerd en zal blijven. Jammer!!

When tapping on a card there is a lot of empty space below the connected account and cvc would it be possible to move the settings from the (•••) menu there? It would make it faster and it would look nicer because the empty area would be used.

Get rid of money saved, amount of trees and time saved. I can't imagine that's a ux decision... Seems like a top down decision to push an agenda.

Absolutely HATE the new update. Please please please revert it back to the previous version. Cannot find anything with the new interface, totally counter intuitive! I can’t believe I am paying 7.99 a month now for this utter misery. Why on earth did do this Bunq?!
What an absolutely let down. I was so happy with this app. Now I guess I will have to find an alternative bank.

@Rick-Ol#183407 Ja, de rating van de app is in de appstore in een week tijd gedaald van 4,7 naar 4,3 en als je kijkt naar alle recente reviews van de bunq-app v3 (waar dan ook) dan zijn die behoorlijk aanmoedigend !

@vavdb#179409 Totally agree. The new user interface isn’t intuitive at all and especially since it doesn’t give any possibilities for customization options like you are suggestion. Does anyone know if they plan on redesigning?

I think the bunq ⚡️ sign is too big. Maybe move it to the top right where the three dots used to be in V3?

The 'time saved' calculation is wrong. After spending days trying to find everything, and then writing it down so I won't forget, it should be showing a negative figure shouldn't it?
