    @JohnDo#188511 where can we provide feedback? The feedback topic seems to be locked. And the 'what we are working on' topic does not provide a lot of info about the plans to address the feedback.

    A lot of valuable feedback has been provided but we are not sure which of it is taken into consideration.

      Do you offer online courses to understand the non-intuitive interface?

        @Jeef#188793 bunq takes ALL constructive feedback in consideration. That isn’t just a smart ass comment from me, but is really true. bunq always did that, and will continue doing just that.

        bunq did locked the V3 feedback topic for now because they received a tremendous amount of valuable feedback and it’s now time to first get everything sorted out and keep on improving the app step by step. And of course we already have seen a lot of improvements since the release, at least that is my opinion.

        We also have to be realistic meaning that although bunq takes every constructive feed in consideration, that doesn’t mean every idea 💡 will make it to production. And some ideas will also take time.

        So we have to be patient, trust bunq will do the right thing... and watch Together closely :)

                            When the app is backgrounded and you pull it to foreground: it doesn’t automagically trigger Face/TouchID. You have to touch the FaceID logo.

                              I would once again like to request to not use both black and white fonts together on an account tile with a picture in light mode. It still makes the text unreadable. I cannot believe this hasn't been fixed for weeks. Today's update didn't fix it either unfortunately.

                                    Bunq is fast and the support is very good. Within one day I had my answer from bunq. I don‘t understand the problems a lot of bunq customers have. In the beginning I had a few problems because I was used to V2. But now it works very fine and I love the new edition. Bunq really makes life easier. Good job bunq
