• Keep support tickets open until they are resolved

I have opened multiple tickets (one after the other, because you currently can't have multiple tickets open at the same time, see https://together.bunq.com/d/32238-how-can-i-submit-multiple-bugs-in-the-support-center/ and https://together.bunq.com/d/31293-not-able-to-open-multiple-support-tickets-android) and they get closed very quickly. In about 1-2 days if I don't constantly add to the conversation.
This happens, even though my issue hasn't been resolved yet. Upon opening another ticket and asking for the status of the previous one, I get the feedback, that they are aware of the issue and are working on it. Trouble is, I cannot see that on my own. I always have to open another ticket to inquire about the status.

Unfortunately, this isn't the only ticket I have created and are waiting on. I can't keep opening tickets, as this clogs my overview of my tickets and quickly lose any semblance of structure and understanding of my tickets.
This isn't helped by the fact that I cannot name my tickets my self and they all have the same name (see https://together.bunq.com/d/38925-support-tickets-choose-your-own-ticket-name).

I strongly disagree with the statement disagree with the statement that multiple open tickets would confuse users and a more simplistic approach is desirable. I am working in IT and support and as soon as 2 issues of a customer get merged together, confusion is ensured.
The customer cannot see which information has been added by the support or him and which issue was referenced and will keep creating new tickets or lose track of what has been already said.

This uncertainty creates distrust and annoys customers, in this case me.

If you really prefer simplicity, drop the ticket approach completely and create one unified chat between the customer and the support agents. Tomorrow bank from Germany has opted for this approach.
Myself, I prefer the ticket approach much more, especially with a bank as feature rich as bunq and a business account option.

So please keep unresolved tickets open in the future, so there can be proper discussions, adding of additional information and status updates for a quicker and cleaner resolution of issues.
This would of course also require multiple open tickets at the same time, as mentioned.
