@Nikoleta#222049 Hi Nikoleta, you asked me for a proof that the merchant implemented correctly the 3DS2 protocol. The merchants are Amazon and Paypal so:
1/ I'm quite sure you actually already know the answer to your question
2/ Whatever the answer is, it's not relevant because Bunq is not Apple and Amazon won't change their process to please you. So basically you're just punishing your customers here
3/ the new protocol is not even mandatory yet (end of June if I'm right)
4/ there are exceptions to it like for merchant that have a low rate of fraud or that are explicitly designated as "to be trusted" by the customer. So maybe you could help here.
"Supoort" is not asking the customer more questions to make him feel faultly or to buy time. I sincerely had the feeling that that's you were doing, so that's why I didn't get back to you.
I think Bunq knows precisely where the problem lies but isn't trying hard enough to solve it or at least isn't communicating in good faith about it.

@Manuel-LesLilas#222058 Die Fragen vom Support empfinde ich als eine Unverschämtheit. Was ist bloß bei bunq los. Wie soll ein Kunde Einblick in die 3DS2 Implementierung von Amazon & Co. haben. Der Fakt, dass die Zahlung mit Karten anderer Anbieter funktioniert sollte doch ausreichen.

How can this still be a problem? It’s over five months since the first report. I am having. The same problem too. Please fix this soon. We pay the fee to use the accounts, because we want to be with Bunq as a bank. Please fix it so we don’t have leave.

Same issue here with my business account card. Was working nominally for a few weeks and then Bunq stopped working altogether (how's that for a slogan). All the while I had zero feedback or indication that my card was blocked. Could it be that maybe the all 3rd-party payment clients around the globe stopped working at the same time? Nope just Bunq shadow-blocking my card, hoping I don't find out.

I try to buy some stuff form Amazon since Sunday with my business account credit card without success. Private support communication is pretty useless. I only get "we are working on it"...

I have this problem for several months.
It's really complicated to not be able to use the virtual cards.
Today, it's at Orange (French Mobile Provider) that we can't pay anymore, bunq refuses the payment because the "card is blocked".
I tried to block it and unblock it and generate a new CVC, but the payment is always refused. It's marked "card blocked" on the page to make the 3DS.
bunq claims to be working on a patch for several weeks.
How can it take so long? I have the feeling that it's easier to increase the pricing than to fix a bug that gives problems to many customers.
The problem with physical cards with bunq, you can't block remote payments like at N26, Revolut or others. The card is completely active or it is completely blocked.
If you could block remote payments, you could use the physical cards until bunq fixes the problem one day...
I have the problem at 7 merchants until today. Always at known merchants like Amazon, PayPal, Nintendo, Orange... All of them do 3DSecure, and bunq instead of offering the 3DS secure writes on their page that the card is blocked ( https://acs.touch.tech/v1/emv3ds/challenge ).
One person explained to me that ACS stands for Access Control Server. This is the service that is declared by the card issuer to the Mastercard network to do the strong authentication (SCA aka. 3DSecure).
The ACS is Stripe's, as if bunq subcontracted Stripe to do the strong authentication. So bunq does not manage this service and delegates to an external company.
It would be nice if bunq could tell us if the problem is with them, or if it's a bug with their chosen partner (Stripe), and what they plan to do to fix the problem.
