  • Where can I find a statement for 2020 with the average stock on my account?

For asset declaration purposes I need a statement for 2020 reporting the average stock over the year. Where can I find this statement?

P.s.: I can only download a yearly report with the opening and closing value but that is not enough for my needs.

    @Marco-Grey-Turtle-3237191606#215600 Hi 👋🏼 Marco,

    There is no overview that shows the average over a certain period, but I also kind of wondering in what scenario you would need something like this. I’m not familiar with any situation where such view is mandatory.

    You could export a monthly statement and that would kinda come close to your needs.

      The declaration is not a Dutch declaration. It's an Italian asset declaration called ISEE that requires that info

        @Marco-Grey-Turtle-3237191606#215603 You could theoretically export all transactions from the first day to the last day of the year as CSV, then open that in a spreadsheet calculation program and go from there.

          @Jakob-Y#215606 That is possible but complex since I should also take into account the datetime of the movement.

          My account has been opened with my italian address so I kind of expect it to be compliant to all the requirements of the nation in which it is registered otherwise I shouldn't have been enabled to open it.

          I will contact customer support.

          Thanks

            @Marco-Grey-Turtle-3237191606#215607 bunq ist eine niederländische Bank und daher nur den niederländischen Gesetzen unterworfen. Anders ist ein Geschäftsbetrieb in der EU nicht möglich. 27 verschiedene nationale Gesetzbücher und dann noch übergeordnete EU-Richtlinien. Das schaffen noch nicht mal die großen Konzerne.

              @Bernd-Cyan-Penguin#215624 Yes, wrong choice of words.

              Since they accept customers from other countries, I was expecting them to have the same standards of communication as the national banks in those countries. If not, it just means that they are not a competitive choice in those countries even if they are active on those markets.

              By the way I have contacted the customer service and I am sure they will help me.

                    @Marco-Grey-Turtle-3237191606 Did you solve it with support?

                      @Marco-Grey-Turtle-3237191606#215600 Ciao Marco!

                      I’m having the same issue with my Bunq account but it seems to have not been resolved yet, indeed you need to calculate “giacenza media” yourself.
                      I talked about this topic in a more recent post (https://together.bunq.com/d/47245-giacenza-media-italia-per-isee)

                      In that conversation I also uploaded an excel file that will help you to calculate “giacenza media” (average amount of money stocked in the account throughout the year) in the meantime.

                      This feature is in the wishlist, as I was told, and I hope it’s gonna be implemented soon!

                        Ciao t_h.end!

                        Thanks for your follow-up! Last year I managed to solve the issue on my own and this year I shouldn't need it again.

                        Anyway, I am actually starting an internship at Bunq next week, thus I'll update you as well if I find out more about this feature.

                        Best,
                        Marco
