@Valerio-Blue-Hummingbird#219073 You can export a bank statement for every sub-account of your choice. This includes your full name, address, IBAN and a stamp + signature from bunq. Just go to them Home tab > choose any account > then open the MENU > and there click on Export statement. Next you can choose a time frame (any will do for your purpose, but you can choose to only include transactions for a single day for example) and the format. Here you should choose PDF, then click on the button.

Alternatively if you set your phone to French, you can also export a RIB. This includes your IBAN and name on a PDF.

The export is not really helpful, at the bottom:

My bank statement was denied and they ask me a bank details not a bank statement they only needs my name, first name , bic and iban.

Is this still an option? I am not seeing the option at the place mentioned on 1 april 2021 above.

Thanks - I actually just need one just to match the account to the entity (without any balance details), any clue?

European banks are obligated to make a unique certificate for every customer, not a bank statement, but a document certified by the bank.
What's strange about bunq is that when a customer asks for a certificate, they are told to just print out a bank statement while, know that its not what the customer i asking for. I've had this issue in the past, but if you are persistent eventually you'll receive it, they just like to act like they don't know what you are talking about.

To be honest, i dont why it complicated to receive this document, maybe not everyone at customer service know how to deal with this question.

This I have done - strange its not a standard requested download document type. Especially for a virtual bank as getting something certified is not a reality. I will await the response, in roughly 7 days.
