Good to know

  • To export your RIB in French, ensure your phone's default language is set to French.
  • When you export a RIB for a Joint Account, it will display only your name as the one exporting it. If you need it for legal reasons, there can be two suggestions:
    • Export both the RIB and a regular bank statement, which will display both account holders' names, and attach them for the requesting party.
    • Export RIBs from both account holders and submit them together as attachments.
