Its been one week and since they implemented the new daily atm limits without warning or input from us in any way. I have been having to go to the atm everyday. Much more trips means much more exposure to covid. So that excuse for changing the policy is inadequate and nonsensical.
I've had two payments due in the last 7 days which required cash. Repairs to my jetski, and rent for the plot my caravan is staying in. Thankfully I had some cash saved up from before Bunq made the change because I would not have been able to make these payments under their new atm limits.
I also have been really worried about being pulled over. If I get stopped for a simple traffic ticket, the police do not take credit cards and I will probably end up in jail because I can't withdraw the amount I would need to pay the ticket due to Bunq's new atm limit policy.
No change should ever be made for everyone, especially without their express written consent. Individual users should be able to set their own limits for the atm at the 'bank of the free'.
It's beginning to feel like the bank of too many restrictions instead. Customer support has offered zero help on the matter and I feel disrespected completely by this entire thing.
