  • Hey , I am also missing the button and try to get used to this :-D . Is there any way still to publish ideas ? As it was before where other bunqers can comment or give some high five ?

    • I had quiet fora while a similar issue with notifications on shared deposits, support back then told me to to check the notifications but everything was enabled.

      What solves my problem 😅 migrating to new iPhone which forced me to log out -> uninstall the app -> install the app -> login again .

      Since then I receive again also notifications on my shared deposits

      • Just opens two days ago a support case , clarify the details with the support and what happen already, told them the feedback from otto.. 2 days letter I have got a refund of my money. Not to bad at all I would say , or let me say it in a different way “lucky me”.

        They also need to analyse and as the former clients here says , no one knows exactly the communication details between bunq and Hanseatic, who knows which of both tooks his time for the analysis 🧐 .

        It’s your money call the Hanseatic Bank and ask them where your money is , we ( as the owner of the account ) are Not allowed to ask the Hanseatic for your transaction 🤣) …. This made my day .

        • Communication skills at it’s best … does that means that I always need to worry when new features are getting released, that there are some hidden fees / expanses waiting for me ?

          • @Flo1979#224550 It was a registered shop with bill ( tax confirming ) etc and not a no name shop :-) don’t worry. They accepted cards but no credit cards , so rather paying by cash or with a EC / GiroCard which is still the classic medium in Germany 🇩🇪.

            There still a lot of shops which are Not accepting credit cards. Just my impression . The corona situation helps kind of to bring the card acceptance on Germany a bit forward but still not everywhere.

            Anyways .. in this Situation That I had yesterday at the Juwelier it would be helpful for me to be able to withdraw a higher amount of Money 😂

            • Kind of a funny Story from my side , well first things first , welcome to German where credit card acceptance is still bad … back to the Story…

              Today I was at the Juwelier to take our wedding rings… the sum had 4 digits ( X.000,00 ) , they do not accept credit cards by the way just the EC / Giro card, That was the First problem because bunq is not offering that and of course why should they. Then I thought in some parts of my brain… maybe I can withdraw the Money and then I remember … ohh no I can’t because bunq changed totally the behaviour of how to withdraw money… luckily I had a friend with me which has an old not neo/fintech digital bank and he helped me out.

              I saw this topic and just thought that it is maybe helpfully to Report a real life story here :-)

                  • Hey bunq'onauts,

                    I would like to suggest to move the hide button to the start screen again :-).

                    Maybe as an eye Icon in one of the Corners or something like that.

                    Before the update I was able to hide my balances in just one click, which was helpful in Situationens where I recommend bunq to others.

                    No it's a 3 Klick journay, me-> settings -> hide balances.

                    I thought the idea of hiding my balances should be a quick option.

                    • @Gerhard-Yellow-Frog#164517 Hey :) im not argumenting against that. Some online shop just using a provider to integrate there payment solutions on there websites. In my case that provider got from the shop the notification that something went wrong with the payment, transmitted that information to sofort back and now the MAGIC happens :D the check at sofort was not capable to transfer the money back to me because the sender iban which was transmitted from bunq to sofort was not my. It was this virtual pool iban which is not part of my account.

                      • Hey, I was in the same situation and of course I've lost my money. The problem is that sofort Überweisung is as they say only just the man in the middle and not holding your money ( I've got this many times via mail ) . The online shop is using a provider to communicate with sofort: in that case with the hidden/masked/virtual iban the issue appears that the payment that you made is not dedicated to your account, in case of problems, but the terms for sofort and the other providers which are using soforts APIs are clear. If an iban is not traceable to your name / account, then it's not yours and they can not confirm your payment.

                        The bunq Support tried back this time everything but without a positive result. I also hope they are thinking about changing that, loosing 💰 is not cool.

                            Would be nice if I don't have to find 2 other people to join the pack as well. 20 euro vs 10 euro before ? Not really a good deal for me. But yes in case that I know more people to join it would be great.

                            At the end both of us need a premium membership to being able to manage our deposits together as it was at the good old times of the joint membership. Makes me think if bunq is still the right choice for us. :-\

                              • I have currently the same problem, I was hast transferring money via sofort to coinbase but something goes wrong. Coinbase just aborted the payment and Klarna/sofort told me that my bunq iban is not the same and mismatches with my account name. I'm waiting since 5 of November to get an answer from the great sofort Support. The dealer already send me via support that the payment get cancelled... But klarna is not recognizing that.

                                • Dude this examples are already quiet cool, let's hope that the bunq team will consider this soon.

                                  • I'm also looking forward to see this feature enabled for Premium/Joint memberships. Will be quiet usefull for customer's which are using Joint frequently with shared deposits like familys
