Maybe you had a virtual Tap&Pay card before or something similar? Not all virtual cards have previously counted, but that was never contractually guaranteed. DigiCard is now just the new name for virtual cards aka online cards.
In any case, officially Easy Bank doesn't include the usage of any DigiCards / virtual cards whatsoever. If you don't want to pay extra costs, just use your physical card. It can be used for mobile payment with Google Pay and Apple Pay and also works online everywhere if you have chosen a Mastercard (unfortunately Maestro is not always accepted in international online shops).
Should you require more precise assistance with a charge from bunq, then I would recommend contacting them through Private Support. You can get to it in the app by following these steps:
- Go to Profile
- Tap on Settings in the right corner on top
- Scroll to the bottom, tap on Need help? Get Support, then choose Personal Support
